At 101 Carat, we provide real-time access to the world's best stock of loose precious and semi-precious stones. Our logistics chain is designed for maximum security and precision in the transfer of your valuable assets.

1. DELIVERY TIMES

All our shipments travel to you with free and fully insured premium shipping.

Precious and semi-precious stones (10 - 15 business days: Each stone is declared individually by international exchanges. We need this period for safe transport to Bulgaria and passing through an independent laboratory control.

Custom Design Jewellery (15 - 25 business days): Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted by master jewelers to your exact measurements.

Note: "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays and official national holidays. The term begins to run from the day following the confirmation of your order and successful payment.

2. SECURITY AND INSURANCE

100% Insurance: Each of our shipments is fully insured to its actual value (Declared Value). You bear no financial risk during transport to you.

Discretion: For your security, the outer packaging is completely neutral and does not suggest the contents of the shipment. The branded luxury box is protected inside.

3. METHOD OF TRANSMISSION

Personal delivery: Shipments are only delivered personally to the Buyer (or a person authorized by him) against a signature. The courier has the right to request verification of an identity document.

Inspection on receipt: It is your responsibility to inspect the integrity of the shipping package in the presence of the courier. If you notice signs of tearing or replacement of the protective tape, refuse the package and request a two-sided report of findings. Claims for shortages or damages made after acceptance of the shipment without such a protocol are not accepted.

4. SHIPPING PRICES

Bulgaria: Delivery within Bulgaria is free for all orders.

International delivery: For deliveries outside Bulgaria, please contact us at contact@101carat.com for an individual quote for transport and insurance.

5. TRACKING

As soon as your product is shipped from us, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
