GENERAL OVERVIEW
This website is managed by "101 CARAT" LTD. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to "101 CARAT" LTD. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms and conditions stated herein.
SECTION 1 - SELLER INFORMATION AND GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. Seller: "101 CARAT" EOOD, UIC: 208744024, with registered office and management address: Plovdiv, 12 Prespa Street, p.c. 4000.
1.2. License: The seller is registered in the Public Register under the Currency Law under No. [ENTER NUMBER] for activities related to transactions with precious metals and precious stones.
1.3. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
SECTION 2 – TERMINATION AND AVAILABILITY
2.1. Purchase Request: Due to working with real-time global inventory, the order placed is considered a "Purchase Request".
2.2. Confirmation: The contract is considered concluded only after the Seller has physically inspected the product at the international supplier and sent an express email "Availability and Delivery Confirmation".
2.3. Non-availability: If the selected precious and semi-precious stone is sold on the international exchange before the verification is finalized, the Seller will cancel the transaction and refund the full amount within 14 days without any additional compensation.
SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS AND CERTIFICATION
3.1. All precious and semi-precious stones on 101carat.com are accompanied by an original certificate from leading laboratories (GIA, IGI, HRD or others).
3.2. We make every effort to accurately display the products visually. However, due to the nature of precious and semi-precious stones and screen settings, slight variations in shade are possible.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND PAYMENT
4.1. Currency: All prices are stated in Euro (€) with 20% VAT included.
4.2. Payment Method: Payments are accepted exclusively via electronic means, including debit/credit cards (Shopify Payments) or direct bank transfer to the Merchant's account at UniCredit Bulbank. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available.
4.3. Documentation: According to Ordinance H-18, for absent card payments, the Seller issues an electronic invoice, which has the force of a fiscal document.
SECTION 5 – DELIVERY AND PASSING OF RISK
5.1. Deadlines:
Loose diamonds/gems: 10-15 business days.
Jewellery by individual design and/or installation: 15-25 business days.
5.2. Insurance: All shipments are 100% insured and delivered in person to the Buyer upon signature and ID verification.
5.3. Inspection: The buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment in the presence of the courier. Complaints for transport damage are accepted only on the basis of a constative protocol drawn up on site.
SECTION 6 - RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND RETURN
6.1. Loose stones: Buyer has 14 days right of withdrawal. If the original certificate is missing or damaged, a re-certification fee of €300 is charged.
6.2. Exceptions: According to Art. 57 of the Civil Code, the right of refusal DOES NOT APPLY to jewelry made or mounted according to the customer's individual specification, as well as to products subject to hygienic considerations.

SECTION 7 - WARRANTIES
7.1. Authenticity: Lifetime guarantee that precious and semi-precious stones match their accompanying certificate.
7.2. Manufacturing warranty: 2 years for hardware manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, natural wear and tear (scratching the metal), polishing, attempted repairs, resizing by third parties (external jewelers), exposure to chemicals, chlorine, abrasive cleaners preparations or loss.
SECTION 8 - PROHIBITED USES
8.1. The use of automated systems (bots, AI agents) for data extraction (scraping) from 101carat.com without express written permission is prohibited.
8.2. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of suspicion of "comparison shopping" (ordering several products with the aim of choosing one and returning the others).
SECTION 9 - APPLICABLE LAW
9.1. Bulgarian legislation applies to all unresolved issues.
9.2. All disputes will be resolved voluntarily, and in case of impossibility - by the competent court in the city of Plovdiv, Republic of Bulgaria.
