Our team is available to assist you with questions about jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, designer products, orders, delivery and returns.

Do you offer assistance before purchase?

Yes. You can contact us before placing an order if you need guidance with product details, diamond selection, sizing, availability or delivery.

We will help you compare options and choose the most suitable piece according to your preferences, budget and occasion.

Where do your jewellery and gemstones come from?

Our jewellery, diamonds and gemstones are sourced through trusted international suppliers, jewellery ateliers and certified inventory networks.

Loose diamonds and gemstones may come with recognised laboratory certificates, where applicable, and are selected with attention to quality, origin and transparency.

Are your diamonds ethically sourced?

We work with trusted partners who follow recognised industry standards, including the Kimberley Process for natural diamonds.

Our aim is to offer diamonds and gemstones with responsible sourcing, clear documentation and reliable origin information.

What certificates do loose diamonds and gemstones have?

Many loose diamonds and certified stones are supplied with certificates from recognised international laboratories such as GIA, IGI, HRD or other reputable institutions, where applicable.

The certificate confirms important characteristics such as carat weight, colour, clarity, cut, measurements and other grading details.

How can I verify a diamond certificate?

Each certificate has a unique report number. You can usually verify it directly through the official website of the laboratory that issued the certificate.

If the diamond has a laser inscription, the report number may also be visible on the girdle of the stone under magnification.

Do you offer jewellery with natural diamonds?

Yes. We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds.

Some jewellery collections may be shown with lab-grown diamonds by default, while natural diamond options may be available depending on the design and configuration.

Do you offer coloured diamonds and gemstones?

Yes. We offer coloured diamonds and a wide selection of gemstones, including sapphires, rubies, emeralds, aquamarines and other stones, depending on availability.

These can be selected as loose stones or used in custom jewellery designs where applicable.

What is the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds?

Lab-grown and natural diamonds have the same chemical, physical and optical properties.

The difference is their origin. Natural diamonds are formed deep within the Earth over millions of years, while lab-grown diamonds are created in a controlled laboratory environment.

Lab-grown diamonds usually offer a larger size or higher quality for the same budget, while natural diamonds carry rarity, tradition and long-term emotional value.

What is “Create Your Ring”?

“Create Your Ring” allows you to design a ring by choosing the setting and the diamond separately.

You can select the metal, diamond type, shape, size and other important details to create a piece that matches your personal vision.

How does the process work?

The process is simple: first you choose a setting, then you select a natural or lab-grown diamond, review the final combination and place your order.

After confirmation, the ring is prepared, checked and delivered securely to you.

Can I choose between natural and lab-grown diamonds?

Yes. You can choose between natural diamonds and lab-grown diamonds depending on your preference, budget and the meaning you want the piece to carry.

Both options offer real diamond brilliance, but they differ in origin, rarity and price.

Can I customise the setting?

Yes. Many settings can be customised depending on the model.

Possible changes may include metal colour, ring size, diamond shape, side stones or selected design details, depending on technical feasibility.

Can I order a completely custom jewellery design?

Yes. Custom jewellery may be possible for rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets and pendants.

If you have a specific idea, image, sketch or inspiration, you can contact us and we will review what can be created.

Do you offer engraving?

Engraving may be available for selected ring designs.

If engraving is possible for your chosen model, we will confirm the character limit and technical options before production.

How long does a custom ring take to make?

Custom jewellery and mounted rings usually require between 15 and 25 business days after order confirmation and successful payment.

The exact timing may vary depending on the setting, diamond availability and production requirements.

What is the difference between “Create Your Ring” and jewellery collections?

“Create Your Ring” gives you more freedom to combine a selected setting with a specific diamond.

Jewellery collections include ready-designed pieces with pre-selected design combinations, suitable for direct ordering.
